In addition, we cooperate with several major distribution partners and are OEM partners of Fujitsu, HP and other well-known manufacturers.

Currently, we are strongly growing and want to expand our team significantly for the optimization of existing as well as the development of new applications. You want to drive support for our innovative software solutions? Then you are exactly right with us.

Tasks

  • A central role in our support team linking development and customers
  • Coordinating the support process between Unicon, manufacturers and customers
  • Maintaining an active communication with all parties involved in the process
  • In particular, being in close contact with the customer's qualified technical personnel (national/international)
  • Reproducing sources of error in the software and hardware environment
  • Create corresponding workflows to avoid and eliminate errors
  • Documenting the solution process in our knowledge database
  • Being responsible for release tests for our customers

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics or completed training as an IT specialist in the field of system integration
  • Several years of professional experience in software support
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with complex IT scenarios and contexts
  • Customary usage of knowledge databases to work efficiently
  • Knowledge in networks, protocols and thin client devices
  • Experience in using ticketing and bug tracking in JIRA
  • Experience with common VDI solutions like Citrix
  • Clear ideas about criteria for user-friendly software and can put yourself in a user's point of view
  • Willingness to travel (ca. 20 % of your work will be done at customer sites)
  • Strong communication skills, service and customer orientation
  • Very good English and German skills (spoken and written)
